An excellent opportunity to lead as a Neurology Senior Medical Director at Antal International Network - IME in Al Khobar, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled medical professional to join our team as a Neurology Senior Medical Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced treatment to patients with neurological disorders, managing patient care, and ensuring their safety during procedures.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4 years of experience after certification, a registered member of the Saudi Board Council is preferable, and proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate advanced clinical skills in the specialized field of neurology.
• Manage complex medical cases independently and provide leadership in delivering high-quality patient care.
• Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and residents, and contribute to the training and development of medical teams.
• Collaborate closely with consultants and specialists in multidisciplinary teams, offer expert consultations on challenging medical cases, and engage in clinical research activities.
• Contribute to academic programs, teaching, and training initiatives, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and implement and adhere to evidence-based medical practices.
• Assume leadership responsibilities within the medical department, contribute to decision-making processes related to patient care and departmental policies, pursue continuous professional development, and stay abreast of advancements in the medical field.

Required Qualifications

The successful candidate must have:

• Graduated from a medical school of good standing and completed the required period of training in Neurology.
• Obtained Arab, Jordanian, Lebanese board certification in the relevant medical specialty or equivalent, fulfilling the criteria for Senior Registrar as required.
• A certificate recognized by the Saudi Commission and Dataflow is a must.

Estimated Salary: SR 250,000 - SR 300,000 per annum
