    Job Purpose

    • The Process Excellence Specialist is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and optimizing operational processes within our supply chain and logistics department. Will work collaboratively to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Process Analysis: Evaluate existing processes to identify areas for improvement and operational efficiency enhancements.
    • Process Mapping: Create process maps, flowcharts, and documentation to visualize current and future processes, making them understandable for all stakeholders.
    • Data Collection: Collect and analyze data related to process performance, utilizing tools and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and others.
    • Continuous Improvement: Implement and lead continuous improvement initiatives, making data-driven recommendations to enhance processes.
    • Cost Reduction: Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs while maintaining or improving quality.
    • Standardization: Promote process standardization and best practices across the supply chain and logistics department.
    • Training and Development: Provide training to employees on new processes and monitor the implementation of process changes.
    • Quality Assurance: Ensure that optimized processes maintain or enhance product quality and service levels.
    • Project Management: Manage process improvement projects, tracking progress, and ensuring successful implementation.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to ensure process changes align with broader company goals.

    Qualification & Experience:

    • Bachelors Degree or equivalent in relevant field.
    • 1+ years work experience in a similar role.
    • Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within field.

    Skills:

    • Process Improvement Methodologies: Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management (TQM), or other relevant frameworks.
    • Data Analysis: Strong data analysis skills to collect, interpret, and present data for process optimization.
    • Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to identify process inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with various teams and present findings and recommendations.
    • Change Management: Ability to manage change effectively and gain buy-in from stakeholders.
    • Teamwork: Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve process improvement goals.
