    Le cabinet euRHasi recrute pour son client un Business Developer / Technico Commercial (R gion Centre).
    Notre client est un des fournisseurs leaders en Europe en mati re de solutions de protection solaire pour fen tres et terrasses.

    Rattach au Sales Manager centre, votre mission principale est de d velopper les ventes et la marge de lentreprise sur votre secteur afin d atteindre les objectifs fix s par la direction.
    Votre r le est dassurer la gestion et le suivi de chacun de vos projets en rencontrant r guli rement toutes les parties prenantes des choix de produits de fa ades.
    Vous tes galement en charge de pr senter, de convaincre et de conseiller les diff rents acteurs de la chaine de valeur, dans leurs projets tertiaires, sant s, ducatif.
    Acteur de chacun de vos projets jusqu au bout de la chaine, vous tes galement en charge commercialement des entreprises de pose qui agissent sur vos projets. Ainsi vous g rez et d veloppez un portefeuille clients compos s d Architectes, d Economistes, Bureaux d tudes, Utilisateurs, Ma tres d ouvrages, Entreprises G n rales, Entreprises de pose, storistes et majors du BTP sur votre secteur.
    D finition :
    - Participe au d veloppement commercial d un secteur avec un objectif de Chiffre dAffaires, dEntr es de Commandes, de Marge Brute en Valeur Absolue et utilisation de loutil.
    - Anime et d veloppe son fonds de commerce notamment l aide d outils digitaux
    - Vend une solution globale aupr s de son fonds de commerce.
    - S int gre dans un processus global de vente de la marque.
    Missions :
    - Vend un r seau de partenaires
    - Est responsable de ses entr es de commandes et du taux d utilisation de loutil
    - Est responsable de son Chiffre d Affaires (exemple : 2M /an 30% de Marge Brute)
    - Anime son fonds de commerce (exemple : 10 rdv / semaine)
    - D veloppe son r seau partenaire (exemple : 3 nouveaux clients / mois)
    - S int gre dans une strat gie ominicanal
    Missions Sp cifiques :
    - Transforme les opportunit s g n r es par le prescripteur en commandes
    - Assure la promotion des solutions du client aupr s de son r seau
    - Anime son r seau l aide du support des outils mis sa disposition (CRM/CCS/Lead G n ration/...)
    - R dige les comptes rendus de visite client sur le CRM
    - D l gue les devis/ commandes aux Ventes Internes et de loutil /E-store

    Profil recherch
    De formation sup rieure commerciale ou technique, vous justifiez dau moins 2 ann es d exp rience commerciale le domaine du second uvre du B timent. Dot d une belle nergie, vous souhaitez apporter votre dynamisme et votre exp rience afin d atteindre un objectif commun : le d veloppement de l entreprise. Structur et analytique, vous tes reconnu pour votre capacit f d rer autour de vous. Si vous souhaitez int grer une entreprise reconnue pour la qualit de ses produits, avec un v ritable Savoir Faire (Connaissances) : - Comp tences techniques produits niveau 1 gamme - Comp tences techniques ventes Business Developer - Issue des m tiers du b timent (2nde uvre) 2 5 ans exp rience - Comp tences usage CRM et outils digitaux
    Savoir Etre (Comportement) : - Travail en quipe/collaboratif - Chasseur/tenace - Rigoureux - Grande capacit d coute - Ambassadeur de la marque Formations ou exp riences requises : Bac+5 (A minima Bac+2)

    Informations contractuelles

    2-5 ans exp rience minimum (alternance comprise si poste commercial) dans le domaine du b timent (second oeuvre) sur un poste commercial ou conducteur de travaux
    Exp rience commerciale : ma trise du processus de vente sur tout le cycle de vente de A Z
    Comp tences usage CRM et outils digitaux
    Grande capacit d coute, travail en quipe, rigueur
    Le profil doit tre issu du bassin local : connaissance du march et des donneurs dordre de la r gion
