    · Process of bookings –standard, hazardous, out of gauge, FOB and SOCbookings.

    · Check vessel space andallocation availability.

    · Coordinatehaulage / equipment with ILSDepartments.

    · Check correct cut off,departure and doc closure dates.

    ·Request IMDG approval to SSC/DCO as per standardprocedure.

    · Request OOG approval tothe line as per standard procedure.

    ·Request LOI required for bookings from customers(OFAC).
