    Job Purpose:

    To promote and sell Alrajhi Takaful products through direct channel with emphasis on new business commercial clients and to adopt with market dynamics, and to fulfil the clients' journey from prospecting till client receiving the cards and activate all services within internal and external rules and regulations.

    Key Activities, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

    Achieve New Business Target:

    • Promote ART product to achieve set and agreed personal monthly , quarterly and annual target ·
    • Establish, build and maintain the relationship with new business prospects clients ·
    • Understand the market dynamics and competition trends and present the yearly plan accordingly ·
    • Present market studies to prospect new opportunities that lead to company's growth and targets ·
    • Balance won book mix between the number of lives for Premium & Basic customers within company direction ·
    • Balance book distribution per month/Quarter and per business contribution and product Mix to maintain a healthy low risk profile ·
    • Properly handover new business accounts to relationship team to assure best onboarding experience for customers.
    • Assist Relationship team members in clients' renewals.
    • Coach and support account executive team.

    Sales Forecasting:

    • Maintain healthy proper balanced sales pipeline.
    • Generate leads from all internal and external sources ·
    • Present Quarterly and yearly plan reflecting the funnel analysis and sales expectations ·
    • Ensure best coverage for any sales opportunity ·
    • Explore new sales areas and ways to achieve target.
    • Maintain monthly win-loss analysis activity report

    Sales Administration:

    • Prepare , explain and collect signed contracts from the new clients ·
    • Fulfill the whole process on the system ( CRM) from lead assignment till invoice generation ·
    • Prepare and collect signed KYC ( Know your customer) form that's required by SAMA ( Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency) ·
    • Apply and comply with regulators policies and regulations and regularly follow up the updates to comply with industry requirements .i.e. (Pass IFCE/ The Insurance Foundation Certificate.
    • Work based on ART strategy and values ·
    • Collect First payment and educate clients about ART credit control policy ·
    • Gather full documentation as per the CCHI(Council of Co-operative Health Insurance) and provide it to concerned department ·
    • Ensures daily update on ART 'CRM' for all activities
    • Focus on risk appetite customers and avoid non preferred risks.
    • Fulfil on documents requirements for new customers as per business need

    Relationship With Clients:

    • Coordinate with all involved operational departments to ensure smooth launch for new policies ·
    • Conduct product and service presentation to new clients ·
    • Responsible to solve new business client's issues resulting from any function in the organization ·
    • To remain accessible for clients even out of work hours to help clients ·
    • Ensure client satisfaction by providing the best services demonstrating ART's values and resolve complaint in timely manner ·
    • Lead the Handover process with the Relationship team as per the company Handover policy ·
    • Provide consistent client feedback to internal departments management by recommending improvements to promote customers' satisfaction and drive revenue ·
    • Conduct focus group for new clients in harmonization with the relationship team.

    Reporting:

    · Ensure that all relevant periodic and ad-hoc reports are prepared timely and accurately, and meet the Department's requirements, policies and standards.

    Job requirements:

    • Degree educated from a recognized university/institution
    • 2 - 5 years of experience in Corporate sales with a reputable organization
    • Good in spoken and written English and Arabic
