    The manager of theCUSTOMER SUPPORT organization is managing a team of CustomerSupport Managers (CSM) supporting customers during the contractduration and more particularly during onsite delivery of theproduct (airframe component engines APU). Each customer issupported by a dedicated CSM. (One CSM can follow multiplecustomers).

    A team of Customer Support Managers(CSM) supports the customers and their local representativesthroughout the delivery process interact with the customer whenthey have questions or concerns.

    The teamsupports the feasibility of the different RFP or requests from thecustomers and establishes the cost of services assisting the salesteams to prepare the offer supported by Marketing in charge ofdefining the appropriate pricing.

    CustomersSupport Managers provide expert answers to questions and can assistthe sales managers in contract negotiation in case of need. Theyalso should generate sales leads when opportunitiesarise.
