    • Create job postings through various recruitment portals
    • Network with potential hires through social media and events
    • Create a readily available talent pipeline for expected vacancies
    • Source suitable candidates based on hiring manager's requirements
    • Screen resumes and job applications
    • Conduct phone screening to generate shortlists of qualified candidates
    • Interview candidates in person and online for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and executive)
    Assist in mobilizing expat employees from outside the Kingdom

    • Responsible for orientation of new employees
    • Responsible for the onboarding of new employees
    Main Requirements:


    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
    • 4 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
    • Must be advanced in English language
    • Must be excellent in communication skills
    • Saudi National
