    About the Role:

    As a Store Manager you will be responsible for overseeingall aspects of store operations. This includes driving sales growthmaintaining toptier customer service efficient staff management andoptimal inventory control to consistently provide a positiveshopping experience. Beyond this your role extends to developingtraining programs that elevate the performance of our instoreretail staff actively contributing to their growth and the overallsuccess of the store.

    Responsibilities:

    • Overseeand manage all aspects of daily store operations including openingand closing procedures cash management inventory management visualmerchandising and maintenance of store cleanliness andorganization.
    • Drive sales growth by settingsales targets monitoring performance and implementing strategies toachieve sales goals.
    • Maintain a thoroughunderstanding of the stores products and services. Ensure effectiveproduct merchandising pricing and promotions to maximize salesopportunities and create an appealing and customerfriendly storeenvironment.
    • Cultivate and maintain positiverelationships with customers addressing their concerns resolvingcomplaints and ensuring a high level of customersatisfaction.
    • Develop and deliver trainingprograms for all instore retail staff including new hire trainingongoing product knowledge training and sales and customer servicetraining.
    • Collaborate with other departmentsto develop and deliver training programs that support companygoals.
    • Coach and mentor retail staff on salesand customer service skills.
    • Observe retailstaff on the sales floor providing feedback and track theeffectiveness of training programs.
    Qualifications


    To thrive in this role you shouldpossess the following skills andqualifications:

    • 3 yearsof experience in the retail industry.
    • Bachelors degree in a related field.
    • Strongproficiency in the English language both written andverbal.
    • Proven experience as a Store Manageror in a similar retail management role.
    • Priorexperience in delivering training and coaching is bigplus.
