    One of our International Oilfield Services client in Saudi Arabia is looking for a Project Manager (Hydraulic Fracturing) to be based in Dammam, Saudi.

    Position Overview:

    The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the hydraulic fracturing projects and ensures that the project runs smoothly from inception to completion.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with geologists, engineers, and other experts to determine the best strategy for fracturing.
    • Help in designing the well, selecting fracturing fluids, and determining injection rates.
    • Develop a comprehensive project plan detailing schedules, milestones, resource allocation, and budget.
    • Regularly update stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and regulators, on project progress.
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations to prevent spills, water contamination, or other hazards.
    • Regularly review and update emergency response plans.
    • Lead, motivate, and supervise the project team, which includes engineers, technicians, and field operators.
    • Conduct regular team meetings and address any issues or challenges that arise.
    • Facilitate training and skill development as required.
    • Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring the project stays within financial constraints.
    • Oversee the procurement of equipment, materials, and services, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
    • Ensure the integrity of the well and the effectiveness of the fracturing process.
    • Regularly monitor and evaluate the project's performance against the set objectives.
    • Regularly document and report on project progress, financial status, and any deviations from the original plan.
    • Recommend process improvements based on past projects and current industry best practices.

    Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

    • Bachelors degree in petroleum engineering, geology, or a related field. An advanced degree or certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
    • Experience of 10+ years in hydraulic fracturing or the broader oil and gas industry.
    • Management experience managing over 40 people for over 4 years.
    • Understanding of fracturing fluids, reservoir engineering, well construction, and related technologies.
    • Strong leadership, team management, high organizational & communication skills.
    • Capacity to address and resolve challenges as they arise.
    • Familiarity with local and federal regulations related to hydraulic fracturing and environmental protection.
