    Job Description

    This is a key role to provide customer ownership, sales activity, build relation and work directly with distributors, increase the profitability and growth, end to end sales delivery across product portfolio, provide technical advice to customers, manage individual territories and sales forecasting across accounts.

    Reporting to the Sales Sector Manager MEA, you will be responsible for executing the sales delivery in the designated end market sector and territory to meet sales forecasts and KPI's.

    In this role you will be responsible for sales: strategy and delivery, forecasting, channel management, specifically Chemical, Process & Industries market sector value proposition input, acting as the regional voice of the customer, budget management and perform project oversight, deliver operational excellence across different channels and in collaboration with other internal teams, use business development approaches to expand the customer base and potential revenue streams by identifying and setting up new customers.

    The role would suite responsibilities of delivery sales against agreed upon targets, providing technical advice to customers, growing current sales accounts, feed business intelligence into line managers and working with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Working collaboratively with the local Area Sales Manager, Application Engineering, Customer contact, internal sales and other back-office sales activities as required. New product introduction, campaign and event management where required.

    Experience Requirements:

    • Degree or recognized qualification in Engineering
    • Good command of English & Arabic (both spoken and written)
    • Sales experience in industrial applications preferably flow control and accompanying proven track record of success, likely to be gained from 4+ years in a similar role
    • Knowledge and experience of sales techniques
    • Demonstrate strong commercial acume
    • Collaborative working across a variety of business units, challenging siloed thinking wherever it appears
    • Charismatic and inspiring personality with strong entrepreneurial flair and business acumen; passion for business growth

    • Demonstrate Rotork products and provide familiarization training as needed to build internal and external knowledge and understanding of Rotork products
