    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Chief Administrative Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our Senior Executive.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, be proficient in MS Office Suite, and possess strong organizational abilities. They will be responsible for calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports, and information flow, ensuring seamless operations at the executive level.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact among executives, employees, and external stakeholders.
    • Ensure efficient and accurate information flow within the organization.
    • Schedule and manage senior executives' calendars and meetings.
    • Arrange travel and accommodations.
    • Oversee office management tasks, including inventory and office supplies.
    • Prepare and format communication materials such as memos, emails, reports, and presentations.
    • Take minutes during meetings and manage filing systems.
    • Conduct research related to gastronomy.
    • Coordinate events and handle VIP gifts.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Familiarity with office technology and applications (e.g., e-calendars, copy machines).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • High degree of discretion and confidentiality.

    What We Offer:

    A competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits and opportunities for growth and development within ARK People Solutions.
