- Manages all activities within the center.
- Provides guidance to team members to encourage work productivity
- Ensures appropriate procedures and processes are followed

- Keep Management well-informed about issues & deliver status reports.
- Performing duties assigned by management.
- 2 years of experience as a Call Center Supervisor or similar supervisory position.
- Must have a bachelor's degree.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech Savvy with knowledge of CC tools & equipment.
- Strong negotiation skills.
