    The Ideal candidate must have supervisory experience; as well as being a great communicator٫ organized, reliable and result-oriented.

    Responsibility

    • Manages all activities within the center.
    • Provides guidance to team members to encourage work productivity
    • Ensures appropriate procedures and processes are followed
    • Resolving performance issues and making revisions when necessary
    • Monitors, evaluates, and ensures the completion of tasks and projects
    • Writes, reviews and revises product requirements and specifications
    • Provide guidance to the team and ensure they adhere to all regulations.
    • Devise ways to optimize performance & keep staff motivated.
    • Keep Management well-informed about issues & deliver status reports.
    • Performing duties assigned by management.

    Qualifications

    • 2 years of experience as a Call Center Supervisor or similar supervisory position.
    • Must have a bachelor's degree.
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Tech Savvy with knowledge of CC tools & equipment.
    • Strong negotiation skills.
