As a Senior Pega Constellation Architect at InnovationTeam, you will play a key role in designing and implementing Pega solutions for our clients. You will work closely with project teams to understand client requirements, analyze the current business processes, and propose optimized solutions using Pega platform.

As a subject matter expert in Pega Constellation architecture, you will provide guidance on best practices, review and approve design decisions, and ensure the successful implementation of Pega applications. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders and project managers to manage expectations and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pega design and development
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is required
• Extensive knowledge of Pega 7 and/or Pega 8 platform, including experience with Pega rules, UI design, case management, and integration
• Experience in designing and implementing Pega applications using Constellation architecture
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
