    Job Title: High-Level Office Coordinator

     

    About Us:

    At RecruitMe Plus, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Manager to oversee our administrative operations and office management in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

     

    Salary: We offer an estimated monthly salary of 15,000 SAR.

     

    Job Description:

    We require an experienced Admin professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage daily office needs, coordinate administrative staff, and serve as a liaison among different departments. The ideal candidate will be currently based in Saudi Arabia and bilingual in Arabic and English.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Office Operations Management: Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office operations run smoothly.
    • Staff Management: Manage office staff responsibilities, ensuring a high level of customer service and support.
    • Client Interaction: Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
    • Information Preparation: Assist in the preparation of customer-oriented information about our services and terms.
    • Communication: Manage communications through email, phone calls, and in-person interactions.
    • Negotiations: Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers.
    • Interdepartmental Communication: Facilitate effective communication channels between the Sales, Marketing, and Operations departments.
    • Financial Processes: Follow up with accountants on financial processes and documentation.
    • Office Maintenance: Organize and maintain office common areas.
    • Reception Duties: Perform reception duties such as answering phones, taking notes/messages, and managing mail.
    • Scheduling: Schedule meetings and appointments within the office.
    • Operational Effectiveness: Organize office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness.

     

    Requirements:

    • Experience: Proven experience in Admin, Office Manager, or similar role.
    • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Task Management: Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Administrative Knowledge: Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
    • Language: Fluent in English to effectively manage communications and client relationships.
    • Industry Experience: Experience working in the events management industry or related fields is preferred.
    • Residency: Current Resident of KSA
