Job summary
Experience in document control within construction projects managing large-scale project documentation for Aramco SEC SWCC Sadara etc Projects Proficiency in ACC Autodesk Construction Cloud Hands-on experience with Aconex platform Submitting through Workflow / Transmittal and Monitoring Ability to manage workflows and approvals in document control systems Knowledge of ISO standards for document management Experience in setting up and maintaining document registers Ability to liaise with project teams contractors consultants Clear reporting and escalation of document-related issues Understanding of electronic document management systems EDMS Basic troubleshooting of document control software Bachelor's degree or diploma in relevant field BSc Industrial Engineering preferred Professional certification in document control desirable Fluent spoken written English
