Role Summary:
The Lighting Designers plan and design lighting concepts selections and systems. S/He will work in collaboration with a variety of professionals including interior designers engineers and architects in order to develop residential commercial or industrial spaces.

Position Location: Riyadh Saudi Arabia
Business Industry: Lighting Industry

• Create the adequate lighting layouts which serve the spaces needs.
• Prepare mock ups and sketches needed to support the concept.
• Design lighting plans including selecting appropriate lighting instruments computerized lighting control systems and operators.
• Prepare the relevant Bill of quantities.
• Understand spaces and suggest the adequate lighting layouts and fixtures accordingly.
• Handle the Product Selection from highend lighting brands.
• Prepare Lighting calculations and Lighting reports.
• Create lighting plots that include information such as instrument location and type of light source used.
• Work on booklets and presentations to meet with clients architects and designers.
• Handle the process from creation of the conceptual phase to the development phase on to site support etc.

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Experience in Lighting Design is a Must.

• Innovative Creative Thinking.
• Strong Experience in: AutoCAD AGI Lumion Revit Photoshop Dialux and other BOQ related software.
• Strong Sketching and Design skills.
• Knowledgeable about various lighting tools.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills (Fluency in English and Arabic is a must)
