    MATERIALS PLANNING & CONTROL SUPERVISOR – SAUDI ARABIA
    Our client is involved with the development and operation of the Rabigh IWSPP Project and is the Utilities provider (power, water, steam) within the Rabigh complex, the integrated refinery and petrochemical complex located north of Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Our client's conventional thermal power plant consists of steam generator units with electrostatic precipitators, wet limestone FGD units and steam turbine generators all supplied by its EPC Contractor. Its main operations focus in ensuring continuous and uninterrupted supply of power requirements of Petro-Rabigh. They are currently seeking to recruit a
    MATERIALS PLANNING & CONTROL SUPERVISOR. The Material Control and Planning Section of Supply Chain Department closely collaborates with line departments to ensure efficient and effective planning and scheduling of all supply chain and materials management activities.


    Duties & Responsibilities:
    -
    Achieve a well-organized plan and schedule of all required materials management related activities in the plant through effective planning & organizing, communication and coordination with all operating units.


    • Leads and supervises Material Controller in achieving section objectives.
    • Manages, plans and controls the maintenance of master data for material requirements planning to maintain inventory levels.
    • Prepares and monitors high level critical demand planning activities and critical spare parts.


    Candidates should be a Licensed professional engineer, University graduate/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical or related field), and have strong knowledge of warehousing and materials planning in the utilities environments, and have at least 10 years' related professional work experience with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.

    Work experience in a power plant operations and maintenance, excellent leadership skills, planning, organizing, reporting, multi-level communication.

    Preferably be already resident in Saudi Arabia, fluent in Arabic (native language preferred) and English. A full job specification will be sent to shortlisted candidates.
