    preferably34 years of experience in Healthy food

    Key Areas ofResponsibilities:

    • Determine production schedules and staff requirements necessary toensure timely delivery of services.
    • Estimateamounts and costs of required supplies such as food andingredients.
    • Inspect supplies equipment andwork areas to ensure conformance to establishedstandards.
    • Instruct Chefs and other workersin the preparation cooking garnishing and presentation offood.
    • Order or requisition food and othersupplies needed to ensure efficient operation.
    • Analyze recipes to assign prices to menu items based onfood labor and overhead costs.
    • Monitorsanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards andregulations.
    • Supervise and coordinateactivities of cooks and workers engaged in foodpreparation.
    • Collaborate with In houseNutritionist to plan and develop recipes and menus taking intoaccount such factors as seasonal availability of ingredients andthe likely number of customers.
    • Check thequality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standardsare met.
    • Check the quantity and quality ofreceived products.
    • Demonstrate new cookingtechniques and equipment to staff.
    • Recordproduction and operational data on specified forms.
    • Coordinate planning budgeting and purchasing for all thefood operations. Plan direct and supervise the food preparation andcooking activities of the kitchen.

    Professional Requirements:

    • Minimum of a High School Certificate orequivalent.
    • Minimum 35 yearsexperience as Chef de Partie.
    • Musthave excellent time management skills.
    • Ability to act on own initiative and handle stress well
