About Role:

We seek a dynamic and multi-faceted professional to bridge the gap between mining engineering and project execution specializing in ( Copper and Zinc ), You'll wear two hats, bringing technical brilliance to mine optimization while ensuring project goals are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Engineering:

• Design and implement efficient mining plans, optimizing production and resource utilization.
• Analyze data and identify opportunities for improved operational performance.
• Oversee blasting, excavation, and material transportation, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with geologists, surveyors, and other engineers to solve technical challenges.

Project Management:

• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure deliverables meet specifications.
• Manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance and quality standards.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders, providing clear technical updates and project status reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in underground or surface mining operations.
• Strong understanding of mining methods, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Proven project management skills, including budget development, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of navigating technical and non-technical conversations.
• Proficiency in mining software and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment.
