    The Role
    Under the direction and control of both the AccountManagement and Business Development Leadership teams, the primaryobjective of the Account Manager is to secure new clients forCorriculo, and to develop those new client relationships to thepoint that they become an established client. Acting as anintermediary between new clients, the Delivery Department, andother internal stakeholders, the Account Manager will work to fillboth permanent and contract vacancies, whilst exploringopportunities for up-selling and further revenue generation forCorriculo.
    The Account Manager will predominantly workon vacancies from clients that are new toCorriculo.

    ExternalResponsibilities

    • Followup on leads that have come from the Business Developmentprocess
    • Secure new clientrelationships through the negotiation of terms ofbusiness
    • Focus on up-sellingCorriculo services including contractingopportunities.
    • Under the directionof the Business Development Leadership team, working to thelong-term aim of converting clients to Corriculo's guaranteedrevenue models.
    • Building effectiverelationships with keystakeholders
    • Managing clientrelationships and expectations throughout the recruitment process,from vacancy qualification through to candidate on-boarding andbeyond.
    • Seeking further opportunityfor Corriculo at new customers by effectively networking withcandidates andclients.

    InternalResponsibilities

    • Workingwith the internal delivery function to successfully place permanentstaff.
    • Acting as a conduit betweeninternal teams and externalclients.
    • Managing all elements ofthe vacancy lifecycle
    • Processing andselecting successful candidates from Delivery teams and providingfeedback within SLAs.
    • Managingoutcomes with internal stakeholders be it rejection / interview /offer.
    • Maintaining various internaldocuments to allow review of vacancy status and appropriate nextsteps as required be it further marketingetc
