    Summary

    • We are actively searching for an experienced and self-motivated Financial Expert to join the Planning & Reporting Group within the HR & Corporate Services Business Line (HR&CS). The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of financial principles, expertise in analyzing complex datasets, and a proven track record of delivering valuable financial insights. This role is crucial in providing essential financial guidance to the Executive Vice President and other HR&CS leaders, involving the analysis of operating statements, financial positioning, forecasting business performance, and integrating this information into business recommendations.

    Minimum Requirements

    • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master's Degree is preferred.
    • At least 15 years of progressive financial experience, including providing financial review and support for new startups/organizations.
    • Proficiency in using financial modeling software such as Excel and Bloomberg to create complex financial models.
    • Demonstrated expertise in analytical thinking and problem-solving.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyzing diverse financial data, including company financials, market trends, and economic indicators, with a focus on extracting valuable insights.
    • Developing and executing complex financial models and forecasts to guide strategic decisions.
    • Evaluating potential investment opportunities to maximize returns.
    • Generating comprehensive financial reports and dynamic presentations.
    • Meticulously overseeing budgets and maintaining accurate expense tracking records.
    • Collaborating seamlessly with various departments to address financial concerns and promote cross-functional solutions.
    • Providing valuable financial advice and guidance to internal stakeholders based on insightful analyses and projections.
    • Staying updated on relevant financial regulations and emerging trends to ensure proactive compliance and informed decision-making.
    • Financial planning and analysis (FP&A): Reviewing and offering relevant advice to support the organization in accurately planning, forecasting, and budgeting for major business decisions and future financial health.
