    Summary:

    This is a professional role supporting strategic planning, management and developing performance and metrics tracking methodologies supporting the Performance and Strategy Department. This role involves a combination of reporting and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance organizational performance.

    An employee assigned is responsible for assisting with the development of organization performance monitoring plans, continuous process improvement, business, and organizational assessment.

    • 2+ of work experience.
    • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
    • A collaborative and adaptable approach to working within cross-functional teams.
    • Knowledge in the development of reporting and dashboards for real-time visibility into business performance.
    • Proficiency to gather, analyze, and interpret data, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
    • Ability to identify and implement new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve performance management and reporting processes.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement performance management and reporting strategies aligned with the overall company strategy.
    • Implement performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes.
    • Lead the development and maintenance of reporting and dashboards for real-time visibility into business performance.
    • Support the annual planning process, offering performance-related input and analysis.
    • Ensure risk compliance by developing, implementing, and monitoring policies, procedures, and protocols supporting reporting and performance management processes.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret data for identifying trends, patterns, and improvement areas.
    • Provide leadership with tailored performance reports and insights.
    • Work closely with internal functions to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
    • Identify and implement new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve performance management and reporting processes.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance management and reporting, applying knowledge to support department growth.
    • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members, developing their skills in performance management and reporting.
    • Conduct benchmarks and research to inform planning and performance analysis.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, to gather relevant data and insights.
    • Implement performance improvement strategies in collaboration with the team.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of data sources, analysis methods, and reporting processes.
    • Update documentation for performance-related procedures.
    • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate performance metrics and key findings.
    • Coordinate with human resources development and assessment.
    • Develop company-wide performance indicators and dashboards related to employee performance.
    • Launch and manage the performance management process.
    • Create and oversee procedures supporting and enhancing employee performance aligned with the company's objectives.
    • Gather and assess necessary data to evaluate employee performance and identify workplace issues and development barriers.
