    Summary
    StoreroomCustomer Service Representatives (CSRs) typically reside at acustomer location and are responsible for providing exceptionalservice to customers by purchasing products, goods and materials(stock and/or non-stock, or stock buy) that meet the organizationsstandards of price, quality, timing, and reliability ofsupply.

    Roles& Responsibilities
    Perform procurement activities to ensure the customer s current andanticipated demand for products and materials (stock and/ornon-stock, or spot buy) are met and in alignment with purchasingstrategies. Review and approve assigned inventory forecastsproduced by inventory management or other Enterprise ResourcePlanningapplication.
    Review and approve daily replenishment recommendations produced byinventory management or other Enterprise Resource Planningapplication.
    Assess existing orders to determine action for expediting orde-expediting for optimaldelivery.
    Place purchase requisitions and vendor purchaseorders.
    Research, assess, and make recommendations for vendors and/orspecific items of request to ensure they comply with specificationsand meet the customers quality, pricing, and deliverystandards.
    Monitor the quality and timeliness of products and materialssupplied; may coordinate the return of damaged goods and/orreplacementitems.
    Negotiate and coordinate vendor returns for aging, expired, orexcess inventory; coordinate other liquidation activities asrequired
    Follow-up on the status of purchase orders with vendors to ensuretimely delivery; and communicate status of orders withcustomers.
    Communicate with vendors to resolve problems with timeliness andproductquality.
    Maintain and cultivate relationships with one or more suppliers,vendors, and assignedcustomers.
    Research and resolve account payables non conformance withsuppliers.
    Identify opportunities for and document customer costsavings.
    Produce customer KPI measurementdata.
    Follow all Company and customer Standard OperatingProcedures.
    Adhere to LEAN operating practices; ensure worksite isprofessional, clean and neat at alltimes.
    Perform other duties asassigned.

    Requirements

    MinimumQualifications
    Highschool diploma or equivalent. Bachelor s degree in a related field(e.g., Business, Finance, etc.) preferred. 1+ years of experiencein Procurement preferred. CPM certification preferred. Otherrelevant experience includes: Excellent customerservice.
    Computer skills and aptitude to learn the various EnterpriseResource Planning (ERP) and Inventory Managementapplications.

    Mathematicalaptitude for basiccalculations
    .Self-starter with the ability to workindependently.
    Strong attention to detail andaccuracy.
    Demonstrated strong attention to detail, organizational andexecutionskills.
    Proficiency with MS-Officeproducts.
    Strong verbal and written communicationskills.
