    For this bid, we are seeking a Maintenance Manager as part of DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH, KSA Branch.   • Control the Contractors' maintenance activities and service delivery

  • Support and advice to the client with regards to changes in the maintenance and service

  • Development and execution of knowledge transfer for all railway maintenance related disciplines

  • Leading a team of three discipline experts (systems, rolling stock, fixed assets)

  • Ensure maintenance and repair of rail vehicles, tracks, and related infrastructure

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for trains, tracks, and infrastructure

  • Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards

  • Coordinate with procurement for spare parts, equipment, and maintenance supplies

  • Monitor vehicle and track conditions, scheduling repairs, replacements, and upgrades as needed

  • Implement safety protocols for maintenance activities, ensuring the well-being of maintenance teams

  • Analyze maintenance data to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and extend the lifespan of rail assets

  • Collaborate with the Head of Infrastructure and Head of Systems for comprehensive maintenance planning

  • Prepare monthly performance reports of the Maintenance Business Unit activities
  • Qualifications:

    Project management skillsRailway maintenance background (passenger highspeed or long distance intercity)Min. academic degree: B.Sc. EngineeringMin. 10 years in Rail IndustryMin. 10 years in leadership position Min. 5 years in a similar positionInternational experience, preference GCCEnglish (fluent), Arabic (preferred), German (preferred)MS office, MS Project, MS Sharepoint
