Key job responsibilities

Buyer roles key responsibilities willinclude:

Securing a constant flow of packagingand noninventory goods and services; well need you to ensureeverything is supplied at the best possible value to the businesson a daily basis.

Your highlevel mission and key performanceindicators:
Functioning as part of a closeknit team youll assistwith driving cost reduction and improved overall services forgreater efficiencies and economies of scale Assertively advocatethe value of smart procurement to create alignment with and buyinfrom your internal stakeholders Assist with the analysis ofspending patterns to help you identify a range of savingsopportunities Achieving annual cost saving targets for yourFulfillment Center Ensuring that no Fulfillment Center materialsrun out of stock as well as preventing service supply issues

Functionspecific responsibilities:

Assist with the daily forecastand effective materials management of all noninventory packagingsupplies Liaise with suppliers to negotiate and secure best valuefor money deals on a full range of noninventory goods and servicesBuild effective stakeholder relationships ensuring a high levelservice regarding quotations and leadtimes Work in full compliancewith the company Spending and Transaction policy educating anddriving the expected and correct behaviors of business stakeholdersDrive effective delivery of the Fulfillment Center procurementmetrics by leading &/or supporting projects andinitiatives; Youll need to implement root cause analysis as youidentify any issues their possible causes as well as the necessarycorrective actions.

Previouscontract and price negotiation experience would be advantageousPrevious experience in vendor management Completion of a formalbusiness qualification in administration procurement or similarareas.
