    1. Review existing geotechnical report forbasic designs.

    2. With reference to the basicdesigns and the information as reviewed above identify issues andpotential technical solutions for detaildesigns

    3. Provide guidance/supervision toContractor in the undertakings of the cone penetration test (CPT)and other soil investigation.

    4. Check/reviewresults and analysis of the geotechnical surveys being carried outfor detailed design of the roads, 5. Check/review the materials andworks specification.

    6. Provide guidance, checkand review the design of pavement structure, soft soil treatment,embankment materials, coordinate with structural in the design ofbridge foundation.
