    700Apps, a leading software development company, is seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients. Responsible for multiple client accounts and services, with 7+ years of experience in the Software Industry in the Governmental sector. If you have a proven track record in sales management, a strong network in the industry, and the drive to succeed, we would love to hear from you.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
    • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to maximize their performance
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and networking
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and initiatives
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and improvement
    • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management
    • Ensure sales team adheres to company policies and procedures
    • Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on the latest trends and developments
    • Solid experience in software products is a Must.
    • Experienced in ICT solutions in Saudi Arabian government.
    • Strong customer service and project management skills.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, Computer science or a related field
    • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
    • Previous experience in sales management, leading and motivating a team
    • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
    • Results-oriented mindset and a drive to succeed
    • Ability to travel as required
