JASARA PMC, a leading construction project management company, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Surveyor to join our team.

As a Senior Surveyor, you will play a critical role in providing surveying support and expertise for our projects.

You will be responsible for overseeing and conducting land surveys, verifying contractor layouts and land use monuments, and providing accurate survey data for design reviews.

Additionally, you will collaborate with construction teams, provide survey input on current activities, and ensure construction coordinates and measurements are accurate.

The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of land surveying principles, construction methods, and surveying equipment and software. Excellent data collection and analysis skills, as well as proficiency in map and drawing creation, are essential. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are also important for this role.

Desired Candidate Profile

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5 to 10 years of direct experience in surveying.
• Strong knowledge of land surveying principles and practices.
• Experience with various types of surveys (e.g., land surveys, construction surveys, topographic surveys).
• Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software.
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
• Ability to create accurate maps and drawings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
