    Job Description

    CONDUCTING DAILY KITCHEN PRODUCTION · Working on several orders at once · Making sure their station is properly stocked with food and equipment · Creating food of the highest quality and to the standards of the executive chef · Fulfilling complex orders and requests · Coordinating with other stations on prioritization · Constantly keeping the station clean and sanitized · Managing and training subordinates, if there are any · Double checking plates to eliminate problems or complaints · Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of output from station · Turn out food from their station consistent and efficiently · Follows proper plate presentation procedures · Reports and tracks food waste or equipment issues to the chef de cuisine · Stores, rotates and handles products associated with station · Preps portions according to portion control standards · Understands and follows executive chef approved recipes · Remain calm, control the stress and provide a team player attitude · Follow Pullman standards · Showing complete loyalty to Chef de cuisine and sous chef

    Qualifications

    Must be Saudi or Muqeem (with a Saudi Resident)

    Experience in the same field is a must, preferably in the Hotel industry

    Strong attention to detail, highly responsible, organized & reliable

    Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

    Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
