- Administer the Job QualificationProgram/SHEMS trainings according to the procedures and maintainthe records.
- Review the Skill CertificationRequests and SHEMS trainings (booking scheduling system) inaccordance to the procedure.
- Assist the areasupervisors/Focal Points to schedule the employees and providesupport for resolving theirproblem.
- Utilization of the training resourcesand training arrangements economically andeffectively.
- Coordinate with Departments toreview training gaps closure and need of the additional sessions tocover all the identified gaps.
