    • Review the Skill CertificationRequests and SHEMS trainings (booking scheduling system) inaccordance to the procedure.
    • Assist the areasupervisors/Focal Points to schedule the employees and providesupport for resolving theirproblem.
    • Utilization of the training resourcesand training arrangements economically andeffectively.
    • Coordinate with Departments toreview training gaps closure and need of the additional sessions tocover all the identified gaps.
