- Serve as the main point of contact for THE LINE Stakeholders, capturing their needs and expectations and ensuring these are understood and addressed.
- Translate and enrich requirements for service requests and new cognitive solutions.
- Work closely with D&CS Team internal areas to enable them a better understanding and address of the needs and expectations of THE LINE Stakeholders.
- Ensure regular alignment on expectation, priorities, and performance, allowing D&CS Team to act as a business co-creator.
- Develop and nurture strong working relationships with THE LINE Stakeholders to realize greater value through cognitive solutions.
- Act as the preferential interface for THE LINE Stakeholders regarding the development of new cognitive solutions, offering insights and guidance.
