    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Zoho Application consultant at Bwsala in Dammam. The Zoho Application consultant will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing the Zoho suite of applications. collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage projects, and identify business needs and provide customized solutions.

    Qualifications

    • Preferable Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer science, or related field
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing and maintaining Zoho applications.
    • Strong knowledge of Zoho suite of applications, including but not limited to any of those Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Books, Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Desk
    • Demonstrated expertise in developing and customizing Zoho applications to meet business needs
    • Experience in project management, client communication, and team management
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication skills to interface with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
    • We prefer any employee with existing experience with any Zoho approved vendors.
