- Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally in both Arabic and English.
- Sign in visitors and check in patients.
- Register new patients and update existing patient information.
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
- Answer phones and emails promptly and courteously.
- Process insurance verification and billing.
- Collect patient co-pays and payments.
- Maintain accurate medical records.
- Direct patients to appropriate departments and providers.
- Answer patient questions fluently and accurately in both Arabic and English
- Provide basic clerical and administrative support.
- Learn and adopt the use of all required software.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Required Qualifications
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive attitude and team player. Required Experience
- 6 months relevant experience in a healthcare setting. Skills
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent fluency in both Arabic and English
