- Elaborar os Contratos (CIT e CPS) e outros documentos contratuais em mat ria de altera es/aditamentos, renova es, rescis es, passagens a permanente, garantindo o cumprimento das normas de RGPD no acesso a dados confidenciais e requisitos legais;
- Executar as rescis es dos contratos de trabalho, a emiss o das declara es para efeitos de subs dio de desemprego a juntar aos documentos contratuais emitidos;
- Executar todo o processo de renova es de contratos ()de trabalho para o Universo CUF;
- Assegurar a assinatura e gravar os Contratos e demais documentos contratuais em SAP;
- Efetuar o registo dos contratos e demais documentos contratuais nos ficheiros de tracking;
- Tratar do envio dos pedidos de reposi o de valores aos colaboradores e prestadores saidos no fecho de contas do processamento e honor rios;
- Responder aos tickets gerados atrav s da Plataforma de Tickets RH garantindo a emiss o e envio de declara es aos colaboradores/prestadores;
- Executar todas as tarefas administrativas gerais, em particular do registo de entrada e sa da de correspond ncia via CTT e correspondentes alertas nas devolu es;
- Apoiar nos temas JCI,Seguran a Social, CITE e ACT;
- Executar todas as tarefas relacionadas com o arquivo f sico e digital dos documentos e processos
- Experi ncia profissional minima de 1 ano ou curso de RH;
- Ensino minimo obrigat rio (12 ano) ou ensino superior em reas relevantes, como por exemplo RH;
