The engineer will lead hydrologic and hydraulic design across feasibility concept and detailed design stages. They will perform hydraulic structure sizing and backwater analyses floodplain mapping scour assessment conveyance system optimization. Designs will consider arid-climate extremes flash flooding wadis sabkha conditions climate change scenarios.
