1- Job Purpose
Lead the development effective interactions throughout the registration, qualification, and evaluation of suppliers and contribute to the Supplier Relationship Manager in other supplier development activities.
2- Key Duties and Responsibilities
*Functional Responsibilities
1-Ensure to facilitate the registration and qualification of suppliers and ensure appropriate review and documentation of supplier information in procurement system.
2-Lead the evaluation of suppliers' performance in coordination with RCU Business Owners, Procurement Category Managers and suppliers and propose performance improvement measures.
3-Ensure the blacklisting and disqualification of suppliers, supplier risk management, and supplier development and supplier portfolio segmentation.
4-Ensure to drive resolution of supplier issues and complaints, and the escalation of issues to relevant RCU stakeholders for the execution of necessary actions.
5-Lead the analysis of supplier markets and development of category-specific supplier portfolios and support the development of category strategies and the execution of tenders where required.
6-Provide support to Procurement Category Managers.
7-Perform any job-related activities as requested by the line Manager.
3- Job Requirements
**Academic Qualifications
-Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or any other relevant field. (Master's Degree Preferred)
**Work Experience
8 years of relevant experience
