    Eram Talent, a leading Talent Acquisition Consultancy, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Social Media to join our team. As the Head of Social Media, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies across various platforms to build brand awareness, engage with audiences, and drive business results.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company's objectives and target audience
    • Create and manage social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
    • Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
    • Analyze social media data and insights to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate them into the company's strategies
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for social media platforms
    • Manage social media advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum results
    • Regularly report on social media performance and present findings to the management team

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
    • Proven 7+ years work experience as a Social Media Manager or Head of Social Media
    • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices
    • Strong understanding of target audience and ability to develop strategies that resonate with them
    • Experience managing social media advertising campaigns
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital marketing
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Previous experience in the talent acquisition or recruitment industry is a plus
