    General Description of Role andResponsibilities:

    • TheFM Project Manager is responsible for reviewing the overall FMfunction he is responsible for liaising with the Client andensuring that contractual deliverables are met per the clientsrequirements.
    • The responsibilities of the FMProject Manager include but are not limited to:
    • FM Manager will build a system for them not to beknowledgeable only in running an existing system.
    • Guide the client and provide them with strategies tomanage the Industrial cities.
    • Experienced inall phases of FM including building a complete system of SOPsprocesses and strategies to fulfill clients visions.
    • Preparing FM policies procedures & business flowcharts
    • Establishing a performance managementsystem at strategic and tactic levels.
    • Providetechnical advisory services and support for all cliententities.
    • Review & assess current FMcontracts and recommend enhancements.
    • Recommend and implement FM operational enhancements tothe client portfolio.
    • Responsible fordelivering the contractual deliverables.
    • Conduct gap analysis for client asset managementstrategy.
    • Develop 5year FM strategy for theclient portfolio.
    • Experience in FM contractsmanagement and commercial management.
    • Budgetpreparation CAPEX & OPEX for the FMorganization.
    • Manage the procurement andimplementation of the CAFM system.
    • Ensure thatsystems are implemented and adhered to for the control of workprogress and quality.

    • Establish communicationprocedures to ensure smooth and efficient communication between theclient and the FM team.
    • Prepare weekly& monthly reports as per client requirements.
    • Maintain excellent communications with clientstakeholders.
    • Monitor the approved budgets andschedules throughout the FM service delivery and report on the sameto the client and head office.
    • Developingasset life cycles for clients portfolios.
    • Review maintenance regimes and proposeenhancements.
    • Present case studies for FMoperational solutions that have been implemented locally/globally.

    QualificationsExperience Knowledge and Skills:

    • BSc in Engineering (Civil or MEP).
    • Min 15 years experience in facilities management andoperational contracts.
    • FM certification andprofessional associations such as PMP. and CMP aredesirable.
    • Proven track record in managinglarge portfolios.
    • Experience in FM consultancyFM operations and service delivery.
    • Familiarwith ISO 55000 implementations.
    • Experiencewith industrial cities isdesirable.
