    JobSummary:

    Customer Services/ Call Agent will bethe link between our company and its current and potentialcustomers. The successful candidate will be able to acceptownership for effectively solving customer issues complaints andinquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of everydecision and behavior.

    Responsibilities andTasks:

    • Manage large amounts ofinbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
    • Follow communication scripts when handling differenttopics.
    • Identify customers needs clarifyinformation research every issue and provide solutions and/oralternatives.
    • Seize opportunities to upsellproducts when they arise.
    • Build sustainablerelationships and engage customers by taking the extramile.
    • Keep records of all conversations in ourcall center database in a comprehensible way.
    • Facilitate online conversations with customers andrespond to queries through company social media platforms and otherCompany Channels.

    Skills

    Education and Competency:

    • High school/Bachelors degree.
    • Anexperience in call center or customer services in telecom retail orFMCG.
    • Strong phone and verbal communicationskills along with active listening in both Arabic and Englishlanguage.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems andpractices
    • Customer focus and adaptability todifferent personality types
    • Ability tomultitask set priorities and manage time effectively
