As a Resident Engineer at JASARA PMC, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction activities, ensuring their compliance with design specifications and quality standards. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and the project team to ensure successful project execution and delivery.     Responsibilities

    • Manage and supervise all aspects of construction activities on site
    • Monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality requirements
    • Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans and specifications
    • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders for effective project communication and management
    • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
    • Resolve construction-related issues and provide technical guidance to the project team
    • Prepare and submit regular progress reports and documentation
    • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry best practices

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
    • Minimum of 20+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on site management and supervision
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials
    • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines
    • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
    • Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred
