- Manage and supervise all aspects of construction activities on site
- Monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality requirements
- Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans and specifications
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders for effective project communication and management
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Resolve construction-related issues and provide technical guidance to the project team
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports and documentation
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 20+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on site management and supervision
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred
