- Identify potential risks andliabilities inherent in tenders and contracts, propose andnegotiate amendments to minimise or mitigate the same, usingjudgment in balancing commercial/legal considerations and riskassessments against the business requirements ofRRSAL.
- Negotiate directly with worldwidecustomers and/or partners to reach acceptable terms and conditionsfor New Equipment, Aftermarket and Serviceagreements.
- Develop RRSAL standard terms ofbusiness as required for new products and servicesoffered.
