Job summary
The Senior Organizational Development Specialist aims to prepare job descriptions for all positions across the company, design organizational and functional structures, and draft HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations.Responsibilities
- Design approved new jobs and define their functional duties in coordination with the Recruitment department.
- Update and develop job classifications and job families based on the functional structure on an ongoing basis.
