• Assist team members in the development and documentation of the business continuity activity.
• Assist team members in the collection of information for the development of the business continuity plans & BCP Exercises.
• Assist team members in reviewing BC plans and ensure it is updated on a regular basis as needed to accurately reflect the current changes, are implemented with Department Head signoff.
• Assist team members t in developing a comprehensive Traceability matrix to reflect the business unit critical functions, required resources, business impact, dependencies and is provided to the BC Team Leader or Senior Analyst for review.
• Support BC team members in Interacting with BCP Champions of various departments to collect or gather information for the development of the business continuity activities.
• Channel any topics requiring revision from the Business Continuity Team Leader or Senior Analyst.
• Aids in coordination and validation of Department's test activities and communications to BCP Champions in collection of test results
• Assist team members in with notifications as needed and management of call tree and notifications protocols for use during incident management events or BCP testing
• Carry out any other tasks assigned to him/her by the direct supervisor
• Contribute to the development and documentation of the business continuity activity.

• Ensures BC plans are reviewed and updated on a regular basis as needed to accurately reflect the current changes, are implemented with Department Head signoff.

• Establish and maintain the overall plans for executing all Business Continuity procedures and understand their interdependencies.
• Work with the Business Continuity Champions of Departments in Scope of BCP to ensure that Business Continuity plans are adequate, in place & maintained regularly.
• Develop and understand all testing necessary for a successful BCP execution.
• Schedule and assist Business Continuity Champions for the execution of BCP exercises.
• Coordinate with BCP Champions to document the outcomes of BCP testing and highlight any issues or challenges to Business Continuity Senior Analyst or Team Leader.
• Recommend changes as relevant basis periodic reviews for risk management, mitigation, and prevention.
• Act as liaison to Business Continuity Team Leader or Senior Analyst for auditing and examination of Business Continuity Plans.
• Collect information and review documentation to ensure that BCP requirements are adhered to as per SIDF BCP policy.
• Ensure alignment with Business Continuity Management team to assure that the business continuity plans drive strategy and procedures.
• Assure effective execution of all Business Continuity procedures and understand their interdependencies.
• Work with the Business Continuity Champions of Departments in Scope of BCP to ensure that Business Continuity plans are adequate, in place & maintained regularly.
• Review all testing necessary for a successful BCP execution.
• Maintain, develop, implement, run & execute BCMS program for Departments within the scope of BCP as per the SIDF BCM Policy for all critical processes.
• Regular monitoring and updating of the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) for all the departments as defined in the BCMS Policy or Scope.
• Regular monitoring and upgradation of the Risk Assessment (RA) for all critical processes as determined in the BCMS Policy or Scope from time to time.
• Regularly monitor, update and implement up-to-date Risk Treatment Plans (RTPs) for risks identified during the Risk Assessment as per the Management review & guidelines.
• Develop annual calendars for BCM exercises to validate the business continuity plans (BCPs) every year on frequent intervals with complete documentation.
• Monitor and ensure timely implementation of all Audit findings, BCM exercise findings and improvement plans.
• Assist in developing annual calendars for BCM education/training/ awareness programs etc for creating BCM awareness and skills among the staff and other concerned stakeholders.
