• Develop and lead the team to become the internal resource responsible for the quantification needs required to deliver on the business performance
• Build, assess and refine workflows to align all processes and procedures with the delivery of experience excellence
• Act as an internal SME related to performance improvement and operational optimisation for all parts of the organisation
• Lead all efforts to optimise the physical environment for experience improvement opportunities
• Assist in reviewing workforce management and labour optimisation in relation to experience delivery
• Reflect performance related to experience to all line leaders and senior executives and reports on accountability
• Act as the key interface with the other internal functions, specifically to integrate guest experience with talent development as well as business performance The Successful Applicant
• Should be a business driver, able to drive operational business performance with the help of detailed insights
• Should be able to articulate data into effective results across all functions of the organisation
• Understands the needs of a physical environment and suggests process improvements based on researched findings
• Is able to effectively optimize business revenue, profitability, margin improvements and business operations
