The Role

We are a UAE based recruitment company, currently seeking for a Head Chef - Pastry and Bakery for one of our clients in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia which is one of the leading facilities management, hospitality and catering.

• The Head Chef - Pastry and Bakery responsible for creating new recipes, overseeing the production of pastries, and ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  
  

Requirements

Education/ Qualification:

• Diploma in Professional Cookery or Culinary Arts Requirements:
• Extensive and remarkable experience in 5-star Hotel Resort, In Flight Catering or Cruise Industry as Executive Chef
• English language fluency (reading and writing)
• HACCP and Food Safety Certification
