    Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work with Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure that adequate support and effort is given for all recruitment projects.
  • Post open requisitions on internal and external portals to attract candidates.
  • Review resumes, prescreen and conduct initial interviews to determine suitability of candidates against positions via phone or in person including for local as well overseas candidates
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Work closely with hiring managers on interview arrangement and schedule and coordinate interviews accordingly.
  • Brief and debrief candidates before and after interviews.
  • Negotiate & prepare job offers as per job grade.
  • Correspond and liaise extensively with selected candidates to obtain the required data and documentation for the hiring process and onboarding.
  • Manage applicant tracking system and maintain accurate and current applicants' status.
  • Collaborate with Universities, colleges, and other organizations for fresher/trainee candidates as well for sourcing qualified CVs.
  • Find new sources and build potential candidate pipeline.
  • Develop daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment status reports.

  • Develops, implements, and evaluates programs that provide staff with development opportunities
  • Evaluates current development programs and recommends programs, policies, and procedures that optimize employee development.
  • Consult with management and other leadership to identify business processes.
  • Develop team-building exercises and workshops.
  • Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals.
  • Diagnose potential organizational problem areas.
  • Recommend training and development systems.
  • Coordinate with line manager to implement above strategies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
