- Work with Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure that adequate support and effort is given for all recruitment projects.
- Post open requisitions on internal and external portals to attract candidates.
- Review resumes, prescreen and conduct initial interviews to determine suitability of candidates against positions via phone or in person including for local as well overseas candidates
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Work closely with hiring managers on interview arrangement and schedule and coordinate interviews accordingly.
- Brief and debrief candidates before and after interviews.
- Negotiate & prepare job offers as per job grade.
- Correspond and liaise extensively with selected candidates to obtain the required data and documentation for the hiring process and onboarding.
- Manage applicant tracking system and maintain accurate and current applicants' status.
- Collaborate with Universities, colleges, and other organizations for fresher/trainee candidates as well for sourcing qualified CVs.
- Find new sources and build potential candidate pipeline.
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment status reports.
- Develops, implements, and evaluates programs that provide staff with development opportunities
- Evaluates current development programs and recommends programs, policies, and procedures that optimize employee development.
- Consult with management and other leadership to identify business processes.
- Develop team-building exercises and workshops.
- Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals.
- Diagnose potential organizational problem areas.
- Recommend training and development systems.
- Coordinate with line manager to implement above strategies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
