    Job summary:

    HR Operations specialist is responsible for supporting various aspects of human resources functions, this includes Personnel, Admin, recruitment, employee relations, training and development, HR policy implementation and working closely with employees, manager, and HR teams to insure compliance with company and Saudi labor laws.

    Main responsibilities:

    • Provide guidance and support to employees related to HR.
    • Ensure proper compliance with company and Saudi labor law.
    • Prepare weekly HR report.
    • Support employee care activities.
    • Managing employee self-services.
    • Looking after employee relations.
    • Managing work injuries registration and follow up.
    • Assisting employees to authenticate their contract in Qiwa platform.
    • Dealing with issues related to government authorities.
    • Preparing and reviewing personnel documents.
    • Following final payment.
    • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding.
    • Arrange payroll inputs and time sheets.
    • Iqama request follow up.
    • Passport information transfer request.
    • Passport renewal request.
    • Ticket request.
    • Transportation arrangement.
    • Visa request.
    • Employee files keeping.
    • Health certificates.
    • Vehicle registration license renewal.
    • Driving license issuance & renewal.
    • Periodic inspection for vehicles.
    • Identify training needs.
    • Assisting employees on technical training.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
    • Proven experience in HR operations or similar role.
    • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
    • Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
