JASARA PMC, a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, is seeking a experienced, detail-oriented Project Manager (MEP) to join their Civil Engineering team. The successful candidate will deliver MEP projects to the highest standards of safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. JASARA offers the opportunity to work on the most exciting and complex programs in the world, contributing to the growth and development of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the full MEP project lifecycle, from development through to commissioning & handover, within budget and schedule constraints.
• Establish project goals, objectives, and priorities, and communicate these to the project team and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to international and local standards, codes of practice, and company policies and procedures.
• Develop detailed engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and project budgets.
• Monitor project progress and modify plans to mitigate risks and solve problems.
• Establish and manage relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure project compliance with contractual obligations, quality and safety requirements, and financial performance targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in MEP project management within the civil engineering industry.
• Proven track record of delivering large, complex MEP projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
• Familiarity with international and local standards and regulations.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
