The Supply Chain Analyst isresponsible for analyzing data and methods to predict and improve acompany s delivery of products and services to its customers. Thisrole will report functionally into the Supply Chain manager Southand be part of the Operations team.

Responsibilities:

-Establish collaborative and constructive internal and externalrelationships to drive success andgrowth;

Create processes and methodsto gather supply chain data (Monitor and collect data on currentoperations, including customers orderbook, inbounds, outbounds,warehousing, production, anddelivery);

Analyze data to identifyproblematic areas and suggestimprovements;

Plan and implementsupply chain optimization projects;

-Investigate pain points within the process and develop solutions toresolve conflicts andinefficiencies;

Develop requirementsand standards (products packaging, FGmasterdata);

Communicate with otherdepartments within the organization to identify efficiency issues,develop solutions, and implementchanges;

Create performance reportsfor management to review;

-Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effectivesystems;

Track KPIs and report onsupply chain sperformance.

Requirements

-Degree in engineering, logistics/SCM, business administrationpreferred;

2+ years of relevantexperience in supply chain, operations management, or relateddiscipline;

Demonstrated knowledgeand understanding of interdependencies of overall supply chain;Prior project management experience;

-Broad range of computer skills database, spreadsheet, statisticsapplications, and logistics software packages such as Excel,PowerPoint, and SAP;

Experience indata mining, analysis and reporting;

-Ability to challenge factually and work underpressure;

Excellent criticalthinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the abilityto exercise mature judgment;

-Experience in process improvement efforts and/or value streamanalysis;
