• Develop project plans, defineproject scope and objectives, and determineresources.
• Manages time schedules, delivery anddeployment plans, and reporting cycles for successful, in timeprocurement, delivery, deployment and acceptance oftechnology
• Ensure that all projects deliveredon time, within the scope, and withinbudget.
• Develops and maintains detailed projectplans, works with team to maintain / update plans and schedules,integrates project plans into other release plans and works withteams to resolve discrepancies among schedules and availabilityconflicts with resources.
• Minimize risksthrough early identification, planning, and selection of bestpossible contracting strategies and proactive Project Managementpractices, which focus on prevention ofproblems.
